Booking freelance crew and organising contracts on block and daily bookings Investigating and organising the replacement of all broken technical equipment Organising music, art and literary copyright clearance Confirming guest artists and arranging script and schedule deliverance Completing daily progress reports

Working alongside Line Producer in pre production and filming on 5 consecutive nights at The Electric Ballroom, Camden Setting up a remote production office and green room Organising 4x runners, green room, guest list and backstage area daily on location

Celebrity Version of the hit TV show International shoot (Panama) - booking flights, ground travel and accommodation for 30+ crew members over a variety of dates, cities and airports Ensuring extensive pre production paperwork completed including CRB checks Co-ordinating crew medical vaccinations Reconciling credit card and cash floats

Completing post production paperwork across multiple channels in both 2D and 3D Using Silvermouse to create music cue sheets Organising tape delivery to UK and US channels including creating commercial invoices Assisting with paperwork training for National Geographic Deliverables on a second show

6 months experience of worldwide filming locations and post production turnaround to tight TX schedule for National Geographic crime documentary Assisting with the setting up of international shoots including production packs, float preparation, filming permits, booking flights, hotels and ground travel alongside organising visas for production staff Liaising with post production staff, directors, producers and editors to ensure the smooth running of offline and online edits Tapeless workflow experience including backing up of data using Shotput Pro and using Forscene to check rushes Reconciling all production floats, managing expenses, creating POs and updating cost manager (Navision) Capturing, tracking and circulating all production deliverables to National Geographic
