• Capture, edit, and encode assets from Betacam tapes • Adjust text, grammar, and sync of timed text files to corresponding digital movie files • Transcode digital movie files to strict platform specifications • Scrutinize file packages for file conversion and content issues • Upload file packages using traditional ftp and Aspera FASP transport technology

• create English subtitles for TV spots, featurettes, and other types of assets • capture and encode assets from tape-based media • transcode assets to broadcast and online standards • create and manage assets on Pixwel's new distribution platform • provide customer support to studio clients and their international territories

• Gather assets in a media package. • Resize artwork to conform to various platform standards such as iTunes, Amazon and Hulu • Upload completed packages to their respective platforms • Position is visually demanding as a significant amount of the job responsibilities include intensive observation for details in text, HTML, and XML documents

• Conform and create Subtitle and Closed Caption files against their companion source material • Sync, edit, and run a general quality check on Closed Caption and Subtitle files • Create Closed Captions from scratch • Memorize and adhere to varying client specification requirements
