For this show, I casted 15 family bands from across the country, and served as their main contact. I also coordinated simultaneous field and in-studio shoots, booked all travel for crew, talent and bands, and created deal memos, shoot schedules, and call sheets. Additionally, I oversaw the scripting for all 12 episodes.

At MVS, I support the executive producers on branded video programs for clients such as Aetna, and Sally Hansen. Responsibilities include booking crews, casting talent, composing deal memos and consultant agreements, supervising scripts, booking locations, and acquiring permits. I also assist food and prop stylists on set.

I documented shot notes and script changes for a sitcom pilot starring Grizz Chapman from 30 Rock. I also took the responsibilities of Art Director, through propping each scene and keeping track of continuity.

I was the prime communicator between the show’s daily guests and producers, researched and wrote questions for upcoming guests, and collected release forms. Additionally, I ran teleprompter during selected live segments, edited video footage for clients, logged field shoot footage, and assisted in editing and graphics departments

As an intern for Comedy Central's "Fake News Program," I assisted the director, AD and producers in the control room and on field shoots, collected talent release forms, set lighting, logged footage, purchased and created props, costumes and DVDs, and answered phone calls and emails
