I worked as a Camera Operator for the 2019 DIII NCAA XC Championships in Louisville, KY. My duties included operating a Sony PXW-Z150 4K XDCAM Camcorder during the live broadcast of the event. I was responsible for taking instructions from the station in Austin, TX with what shots I needed capture for the duration of the race. I was also responsible for making sure the camera setting were correct and broadcast ready. I the end of the event I broke down my equipment as well as my scaffolding.

Responsibilities: -Managed technical and administrative tasks. -Kept up with production schedule and transpo grid. -Responsible for transporting crew to and from hotel from set location. -Collected releases when shooting at location. -Worked with Field Crew to setup and breakdown at shooting locations. -Loaded and unloaded mini vans with production equipment for off-site shoots. -Completed any cleaning duties required on/off set. -Restocked coolers with drinks and made sure crafty was stocked throughout the day. -Maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire production. -Provided assistance to crew -Performed general office duties as requested. -Performed very light AC duties when requested. -I was also responsible for shipping all production gear back main office, putting gas in the rental vehicle and returning vehicle to airport.

As a Camera Operator I was responsible for the live webcast of the 2019 Live In Lou XC Classic. I followed the duties and instructions from Texas to ensure to live webcast ran smoothly. After shoot I also helped break down equipment to wrap for the evening.

I was responsible for build scaffolding, running cabling, staging computers, setting up cameras, doing a run through of event, monitoring camera operators, running errands, inventory, packing up equipment.

As a Set Production Assistant I worked on the movie set “Overlook” as a support role, providing assistance to crews of various departments. I was responsible for distributing any set info, film clean-up, and putting up signs. Helped with the wrangling a team of two or three Set PAs, provided general assistance to all departments and cast, ensuring people have coffee and food, and locking down the set and helped with wrap out.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for operating Camera as a Camera Production Assistant/3rd AC (Sony XDCam) as well as carrying out Lead Production Assistant duties. Went out scouted locations and captured b-roll footage for ER Extreme presentation. -Managed technical and administrative tasks. -Kept up with production schedule -Helped to meet the needs of crew members on set -Transported crew to and from hotel from to set location. -Collected releases in necessary -Worked with crew to setup and breakdown at shooting locations. -Worked with Emergency Room staff to ensure we were following all rules that was necessary. -Took HIPA training. -Loaded and unloaded mini vans with production equipment and crafty. -Completed any cleaning duties -Restocked coolers with drinks and made sure crafty was stocked throughout the day and ready for the following day. -Maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire production. -Ordered and picked up lunch and other food orders -Provided assistance to crew as needed. - Performed general office duties as requested. (logged in receipts) -Put gas in the rental vehicle, took crew back to hotel to catch their flight and returned vehicle to rental.

• Facilitates and supervises every stage in the production process in field based and in studio production, including camera operation, editing, set and lighting design and audio production. Pulled together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a team. Organized shooting schedules Coordinated video production process for organization; provides project direction for shooting, editing and duplication process, including planning and management of project time lines; provides consultation and recommendations related to media promotions and resources.

Assisted main camera operator with shots from other angles. Set up and broke down camera and lights at location. Talked to talent to inform them of our next shots. Loaded and logged all recorded footage to computer for editing.
