Yael Egnal

Interned in the Universal Pictures Home Entertainment department with the Amazon Category Management and Sales team. Reported directly to the Senior Category Manager, Sales Lead and VP of Sales. Duties included analyzing data to conduct post promotional analysis, tracking DVD prices, submitting VIPOs, reporting streaming availability, monitoring sales trends, and determining weekly baselines. Promotional analysis findings were included in the joint business plan between Universal and Amazon.

Worked both in office and on set with the CollegeHumor Original’s production team. Reported to the Office Manager, Production Coordinator, and Branded Content Producers on a project-to-project basis. Assisted with breaking down scripts for shooting, maintaining online databases, prepping cast and crew paperwork and serving as a script supervisor and PA on set. Most recently freelanced as an assistant for the Branded Content team in prepping wrap binders and crew paperwork, developing budgets, submitting invoices, and updating production timelines.

Assisted the publicity, marketing, media, television, and corporate departments, including analyzing box office numbers and media buying data, prep for publicity events, and script/pilot/novel coverage. Additional duties included managing the LA office general inbox, reception, greeting guests and assisting the office manager with general office maintenance.
