Budgeting; Handling and disbursing large sums of money; wrangling contributors, PA duties, assist camera, plan, wrangle and implement a Gypsy Wedding. Clearing locations and managing releases.

Assisted in writing "script,' travel plans, on-set AD. Assisting in coming up with meals for Diabetics (3 per day). Making sure media was digested each night. Going over daily plan with Director and crew.

Immersed in and filming The Women's March in Washington, D.C. Basic PA duties: location knowledge, assisting with camera gear and wrangling interviewees.

Create production documents and dispersing. Arranging travel flights and accommodations for traveling crew. Searching and filtering local crew hires. Coordinating crew meals. Assist camera when needed. Manage all POV camera gear and crew. & manage all POV gear, crew, footage (edit)

Shopping for props. Completely gutting and renovating an old, rusty trailer for scene. Building a "trailer park" set with old metal works and a put-together clothes line. Being resourceful with location amenities and props.

Line Producing and Production Coordinating. 100+ crew

Head of art department (7 total with swing crew). Many sets to design and dress, including nun bedrooms, monastery and a 1960s clothing boutique. Shopping, buying, renting and return of props. LOTS of last minute changes; my team acclimated wonderfully.

Head of art dept. Completely striking an entire location house and dressing with rented furniture, props, etc. Special effects (blood, throwup, drugs). Many last minute changes. Night shoots (6p-6a). Shopping, buying, renting and return props. Budgeting, coordination, scheduling.

Head of art dept. (4 people), Shopping/buying, scouting and renting props, props returns, delegating printing and other tasks to art director. Set decorating, properties, special effects (rain and blood). Much more "artistic/indy" feel; so, a lot of symbolic colors and props.

I was the sole art department person, so, I fulfilled all duties within including, script coordinating, properties, shopping/buying, schedule, set decorating, returns, budgeting.

Very small production; therefore, I did various tasks to keep production moving smoothly.

High-end fashion shoot with Paola Kudacki: Pick-up and drop-off rental cars, people at airports, errands, etc. Also assistance on photo shoot: moving loading etc.
