- Coordinated workflow between production office and various departments throughout production. - Entered purchase orders, vender receipts, and invoices into an online system. - Transcribed phone messages for numerous departments and managed email communications. - Confidentially handled business tax information, legal documentation, and client information. - Supported additional functions in administrative, payroll, and reception areas as needed. - Processed incoming and outgoing mail amongst numerous departments which included but was not limited to logging, distributing, and taking inventory of packages and office supplies.

Operated systems software to record the event via live stream. Monitored status of each participant as the exited the stage. Also participated in the setting up and breaking down equipment such as computers, cameras, and all necessary equipment provided by FloSports.

Responsible for assisting numerous members of the production team with various tasks in administration and on location. These duties included but aren’t limited to transporting set personal and cargo, distributing maps, putting up signs, collecting paperwork, and any other jobs deemed necessary on production.
