Seeking an Art Director with professional commercial experience local to the NYC area.

This will be a lifestyle still photoshoot with an editorial look for our client in the finance industry. Please share any relevant work samples/website with us when applying.

Rate is $500/10 hrs on set + $225 flat for any additional prep/wrap required. We will be filming at a location that should only need some minimal set dressing on the day.

We're looking for an Art Director to join a found footage microbudget political horror film. We'll be filming for 10 days starting in late July - early August and are looking for an Art Director to join and help us with building and decorating our sets.

This is a microbudget project with a very limited budget. The rate for this position is $200 per 10 hour shoot day.

Experience working in a studio with flats is preferred.

We have a "front porch set/facade" we need built and sent to a location in Salt Lake City.
We have a model we made for reference.

Description:
- Rustic, wood front porch with windows and a door. Decorated with gardening supplies and home decor.
(We will provide a picture of the model when we reach out.)

This model will need to be built life-size (the back wall will need to be 12' x 7'). We would want you to completely recreate what is in the picture--including all the props (like water cans, plants, string lights, etc.).

Once this is completed and built, it will be shipped to our location in Salt Lake City. There is a possibility we will send you out there to assemble it as well. (Details to be worked out later.)

CS3 Photography is an Orlando-based photography agency that performs real estate and lifestyle photo and video shoots around the US. We have a shoot in the Memphis area on 7/9/24 from 10am-2pm that requires a set dresser / stager to help prep the various spaces in the community. Tasks like fluffing pillows, redecorating table surfaces to be in a pleasing manner, straighten furniture, setting tables, among others will be required. We have a video guide and pdf guidelines on the exact staging we need. As mentioned above, this is at a Brookdale Assisted Living facility, so the areas to be staged are likely to be:

-Lobby
-Model Unit
-Dining Room
-Activities Room
-Fitness Area
-Pool Area
-Lounge/Library
-Cafe/Bar

The pay is a project rate $300 and we expect you to arrive at 9am local time with a departure of around 2pm. The photographer arrives at 10am, so our goal is for you to arrive before and get ahead of them and start prepping the various areas. You do not need to bring anything such as cleaning supplies, lightbulbs or décor as you'll be using whatever the community has that day. Lastly, please dress business casual.

Looking for a production designer local to Los Cruces or close by. Willing to travel someone from other parts of NM. Low budget feature looking to shoot in August. Prep in July.

Hiring specialty carpenters to help behind the scenes on a home renovation show. Should have a wide variety of skills and be prepared to utilize your own set of tools. This is not an on-camera position.

As a Project Foreman, you will:

•Lead the Build Team and preserve the overall morale of the crew.

•Ensure that our assets are not just cared for, but properly cared for, both in the field and out. This includes ensuring our crews keep all work areas clean and organized, a task that should invoke a sense of pride and ownership.

•Assist with the setup of all BOH spaces used for load-ins and load-outs, including tent builds and shipping container placements. Your role also includes holding pre-shift and post-shift meetings with the crew, which demonstrates our trust in your leadership.

•Collaborate with the Producer to determine the best course of action to stay on schedule and within budget, as well as actively manage the schedule on-site.

•Troubleshoot issues with assets on site as they are brought to their attention by Build Leads and spearhead the implementation of solutions in real-time.

•Hold pre-shift and post-shift meetings with the crew to discuss work goals, accomplishments, and safety practices.

•Join daily post-show meetings with the Producer and/or the Director of Assets to review the resource plan and provide progress reports.

•Manage the overall success of each load-in and load-out period.

Proficiency in forklift operation is a key requirement for this position. Experience operating a lull is highly preferred, although this may not be necessary if the OSLC and ALC certifications are held.

Jupiter Entertainment seeks an experienced Set Decorator as a local in Sacramento, CA to join us on a true crime series from 6/15-6/18. One prep day will be provided as well.

We will be shooting in Redding, CA for the first couple of days. 6/15 will be a half-rate travel day to Redding, CA and we will be shooting there from 6/16-6/17. Then we will be in Sacramento shooting on 6/17-6/18.

This shoot will consist of single on-camera talent for sit-down interviews (taking place indoors) as well as b-roll. True crime experience is strongly preferred.

This is a truly unique production design position, and a dream-gig for anyone who is a big fan of the anime/manga 'Naruto'.

We are brining the show to life with a real 'Chunin Exam', complete with contestants, rules, and jutsu. The exam will take place over a two day shoot, matching some elements shown in the anime, as well as a few innovations of our own.

Looking for a production designer who is also a huge fan of Naruto / Shippuden to help build this world, help design the tests in a fun, engaging and safe way, as well as helm the art department and oversee the design of props, ninja 'tools', etc.

This will be a very art-heavy shoot, and we're looking to create an engaging game that is genuinely difficult for the contestants to complete. As we are early on in designing the tests, your creative input would be highly influential on the direction this project takes.

The contestants will be well-known YouTubers / Content Creators in the anime/manga space. If this kind of project excites you, please let me know why you'd be the perfect fit for this job, your history with Naruto, and perhaps any initial ideas you would have to make the Chunin Exams exciting.

Looking for a skilled Art person to assist our build team for a shoot in Ashburn, VA. Should be able to work as a local.

Dates would be 6/8-6/11. Rate is 350/10 or 450/10 if highly skilled in building.

Looking for a knowledgable Carpenter or Builder to assist our Lead Builder on a set build in Ashburn, VA 6/8, 6/9,6/10, and 6/11. Ability to drive a 22 foot or 16 foot box truck is appreciated, please let us know in your cover letter if that is something you are comfortable doing.

I am looking for a Production Designer for June 10th and June 11th for my short film "Heaven's Diner."

Heaven’s Diner is run by women of color who have taken justice against harassers into their own hands. They hire Lilah to walk down NYC streets at night to scout and bring back male catcallers to the diner. The staff then work together to kill and butcher the men into burgers.

It is important to me to elevate women and non-binary people in filmmaking. As a result, I will have an all female/non-binary crew, with a particular emphasis on people of color.

While I have a very small budget, it is important to me that I pay everyone on my crew. Pay rate is negotiable and am open and flexible to talking about it!

The two days will both be overnights. We will start on the evening of June 10th till the morning of June 11th, and then shoot the evening of June 11th till the morning of June 12th. I will ensure that there is at least a 12 hour gap between the shooting for rest, and transportation will be covered.
