2nd camera operator travels to all (26) episode tapings for In Depth with Graham Bensinger, as well as serves as an assistant editor when not traveling for episode tapings. This is a year-long contract position. Requires working at our offices in Clayton, Missouri, and worldwide travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel domestically and globally to episode tapings
• Assist Director of Photography and Producers in the field
• Import, sync and organize all assets shot for each episode of In Depth with Graham Bensinger
• Edit clips, promos, episodes and any additional deliverables required
• Work with editors to ensure all deadlines are met
• Coordinate with producers regarding episode and clip content
• Help create content or special excerpts for sponsors
• Assist editors in managing/backing up assets and archiving episode material
• Editing/shooting work for other GB Entertainment projects outside of In Depth
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:
• Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Affects, & Final Cut 7 Expertise

• Able to work under stressful and extreme conditions, as well as quickly adapt to last-minute schedule changes

Job Description
Finance news brand is seeking an experienced video editor to edit engaging, informative and timely video features, recurring series episodes and in-depth interviews. The video editor will regularly work on segments ranging from eight to 10 minutes with opportunities to expand stories to 25 minutes for OTT platforms.

These originals will be expected to capture viewers' attention through their sharp perspective, approachable style, and clear relevance to the biggest investments and financial questions investors face. You will help spearhead execution across a range of programming formats.

You will work closely with reporters, studio, graphics, and more to elevate brand’s feature video stories. You will be expected to be a strong collaborator and execute an efficient video production process to ensure clean, final delivery. Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date on the workings of company systems including proprietary infrastructures, working with the post support team to source and acquire assets as necessary for projects.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Producer/News Editor to supervise the staff for our network radio news operations (terrestrial and *** News Headlines 24/7 - Channel 115 on *** Radio). As the Freelance Producer/News Editor you are our editorial leader, working with news anchors to craft the content and structure of a 24/7 news operation. This is fast-moving news environment! Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven newsroom allows you to deliver top-quality segments/newscasts. You excel at multi-tasking and pay close attention to details. Your writing and editing skills are excellent and your editorial judgment is first-rate.

Shifts: Weekend mornings, afternoons, overnights - plus opportunities to fill in during weekday shifts.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Format, program, coordinate, and produce a live news program
Produce segments and reporter hits

To successfully deliver editorial guidance to all productions, this News Editor must have strong sports knowledge, the ability to make quick editorial decisions, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:

Conduct newsgathering and provide editorial guidance across multiple platforms. React to breaking news with an emphasis on accuracy, creative storytelling, and relevance to our productions and our audience.
Monitor news feeds, including searching social & other *** outlets, and work with *** Sports reporters and other editorial staff to gather and evaluate relevant news and information
Communicate regularly with studio producers and other production contributors to discuss developing news and provide guidance on the presentation of that news within our programming.
Write, edit and review scripts and graphics for accuracy, style and editorial value. This includes skills at writing to video and for broadcast news (ex. writing for voice over and packages).
Serve as the leading editorial voice during live studio programming and partner with producers to generate urgent, effective coverage of breaking news.
Coordinate with and support management and all production staff to maintain editorial standards for newsgathering and coverage on broadcast and cable platforms
Draft suggested questions and topics for interview subjects and analyst discussions
Identify outside content for use across productions
Work closely with Production personnel, on-air talent, and content creators throughout the Sports division to pitch ideas, fact-check content, and respond real-time to questions and requests for guidance.
Proactively identify and suggest solutions to address potential coverage angles and storylines
Prepare general background/research material for other entities as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate with urgency and clarity to producers, on-air talent and production associates.
Excellent working knowledge of and interest in multiple sports, especially *** , college football and college basketball, golf and soccer
Must possess strong research skills and editorial judgment.
History of working collaboratively across departments with peers and colleagues to advance content and coverage
