We are looking for a Graphics Op to work with us on a live stream for a Global Investor Conference from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Washington, DC. The dates would be from September 15-19, with the Conference happening on September 16-18.

Experience working with vMix or Mitti is preferred.

Must be local to the Washington DC area or be willing to work as a local. We will not reimburse or pay for transportation, parking, or accommodations.

Must be available for a 10-15 minute interview prior to hire.

Looking for an experienced Video Graphics Designer for between $350 - $400 day for 3 days work. Rate based on experience.

* Title Design:
* Create eye-catching and memorable title cards that introduce each section of the film. The titles should align with the film’s overall theme and mood.

* Graphic Fixes:
* Fix a couple of inconsistencies, visual glitches.

* Flashback Sequences:
* Design three quick graphic sequences that represent the main character’s flashbacks to her mother.
* Use stock footage, effects, and creative visuals to evoke emotion and enhance storytelling.
* These sequences should seamlessly transition between the present and the past.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
Partner with the production team to develop post-production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Editing Support:
- Assist the Editor in assembling and refining raw footage into cohesive and compelling sequences.
- Perform basic editing tasks, such as trimming, transcoding, audio synchronization, and applying basic effects.
- Help maintain a consistent visual and narrative style throughout the project.
- Collaborate with the editors to address feedback and implement changes as required.
- Perform basic online editing and conforming; prepping sequences for finishing and delivery.

Media Management:
- Organize, catalog, and manage digital media assets using industry-standard software and tools.
- Maintain a well-structured file organization system to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of media files.

Workflow Coordination:

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role as an Assistant Editor.
- High technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of video production and post-production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to edit content containing rapid flashes or alternating patters of different colors.

This is a full-time on-site role and the hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the final candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
