Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answer high volume phone calls & emails, schedule meetings and organize both in coming and out going mail for senior producer
Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly pitch meeting with showrunner
Organize expense reports, and holiday/birthday/guest gifts
Coordinate department meetings and travel for senior producer
Oversee merchandise orders and distribution, ticket requests and petty cash for talent department.
Update talent boards daily, requiring extreme attention to detail
Update daily talent calendar, weekly talk show listings, guest comedy documents and coordinate with multiple departments
Put together daily entertainment and music newsletter
Conduct research on behalf of the music department and assist with special projects

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
