50/per minute of choreography and $350-$500 per event

About Us:
We are a dynamic and inclusive events production company committed to celebrating diversity through the power of dance. As we gear up for a series of queer-centered pride events and other non-pride festivities, we are on the lookout for exceptionally talented and passionate Queer Dancehall Choreographers with a unique blend of R&B and Pop influences.

Position: Queer Dancehall Choreographer

Responsibilities:
- Create and curate choreography for both solo and group performances, seamlessly blending Dancehall with R&B and Pop elements.
- Collaborate with performers to bring the vision to life, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive dance experience.
- Attend rehearsals and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall performance quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in choreographing dance routines, particularly in the genres of Dancehall, R&B, and Pop.
- Strong understanding of queer culture and the ability to infuse this perspective into choreography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for travel to various pride and non-pride events.

Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate: $50 per minute of choreography curated.
- Performance rate: $350-$600 per event.
- Travel costs, per diem, and temporary housing covered for all events.
