Position: Queer Dancehall Choreographer

Responsibilities:
- Create and curate choreography for both solo and group performances, seamlessly blending Dancehall with R&B and Pop elements.
- Collaborate with performers to bring the vision to life, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive dance experience.
- Attend rehearsals and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall performance quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in choreographing dance routines, particularly in the genres of Dancehall, R&B, and Pop.
- Strong understanding of queer culture and the ability to infuse this perspective into choreography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for travel to various pride and non-pride events.

Your New Role...

Key WBD Corporate Accounting leadership position focusing on Cash, Cash related systems, and other corporate functions. The position requires strong accounting skills and making critical decisions on accounting treatment and processes to comply with WBD accounting standards and ensuring that the books and records of the company are maintained in compliance with US GAAP. This position works closely with senior executives and other functional Global Business Systems (GBS) teams to resolve complex accounting issues. Scope of responsibilities impact all Reporting Segments of WBD including *** , DTC, Networks and Corporate. The position has frequent interaction with senior leaders in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Operations.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Lead monthly close process and oversee and review journal entries and adjustments for the corporate accounting function. Areas of focus include but not limited to cash and requires constant communications with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Operations with results that impact all segments of WBD.

Ability to develop governance and best practices over the cash accounting function. Also, able to effectively troubleshoot reconciling items that often have multi-dimensional functional impacts.

Lead implementation of new ERP and oversee stabilization of the system

Ensure financial controls are operating effectively including ownership of SOX controls relating to cash. Manage multiple close deadlines across all ERP systems. Ensure financial controls over systems and processes are properly functioning and sign off on control effectiveness quarterly in accordance with WBD SOX guidelines. Frequent interaction with external and internal auditors evaluating controls and testing balances. Responsible for overseeing robust and timely balance sheet reconciliations and completion of SEC supplemental schedules for footnote disclosures

Indirectly manage a team located offshore. Responsible for training and inputs into performance review

Responsible for reinforcing the WBD Controllership culture through sponsorship and involvement in cross-department development and team-building programs. Qualifications & Experience...

Approximately 5+ years previous work experience in an accounting environment required.
Public and/or private accounting experience required

Orchestrate control room set up while simultaneously evaluating and assigning all video inputs taking into consideration timing and video levels.
• Collaborates with the Producer to execute the technical and artistic vision for each live newscast and/or studio production.
• Lead the technical portion of the production team during the production setup and coordinate the faxing of their equipment and show elements since their equipment and work passes through the production switcher.
• Collaborate with traffic and HUB entities needed to verify all video and audio signals are routed correctly and making it to their final destinations.
• During a live and/or studio broadcast production recall video sources, transitions, and effects and route studio monitors as instructed by Producers. Continuously monitoring all sources used during production to ensure all video levels look correct and stay in timing which includes external feeds.
• Must be able to handle the pressures of live programming and limited time constraints

Collaboration & Communication -

• Work closely with the Technical Operations and Production Engineering to identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems for Live Locations, PCRs, and Studio productions. Making sure each problem is resolved to completion
• Collaborates with Production Engineering, Technical Operations, and Production Management to identify and special order any equipment needed for live or taped studio broadcast productions

Planning Responsibilities -

• Creates documentation on switcher builds, effects build, and set up of the switcher for each broadcast production

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of broadcast experience operating as a Technical Director, live remote and/or live studio productions with hands-on experience in control room areas such as switching, audio, graphics, character generator, robotics, and automated rundown software
• Knowledge of current industry standards
• Knowledge of video signal flow and video router operations
• Knowledge of IP router operations and the software used to edit panels
• Must be able to technically operate various models of video switchers, digital effects devices and other associated ancillary equipment
• Experience using ENPS or similar news production systems
• Experience using Ross Overdrive automation.
• Knowledge of current broadcast technologies appropriate to the position's job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of FCC regulations
• Must take ownership and accountability for assigned projects

The SAP S/4 Networks Content Manager plays an integral role in the build and deployment of *** Discovery's (WBD's) SAP S/4 financial system. The holder will perform project-based roles related to the fixed asset subledger workstream within the scope of the SAP S/4 Transformation project as it relates to the Networks and Direct to Consumer (DTC) content accounting process areas. The holder will also serve as a key contact supporting business data owners, IT, and finance functional workstreams.

The position will demand an ability to effectively collaborate as part of a focused project team. Responsibilities of this role include data conversion and mapping *** ween PeopleSoft and S4 HANA, testing and reconciliation, data analysis, building out the fixed assets module, and other ad hoc tasks, within the area of Content Accounting. This role will also work closely with existing accounting process owners to analyze, design, and change existing processes, as needed, to align with the new future state process structures within the S4 Hana landscape. Strong planning, project management and problem-solving skills are critical, as well as sound analytical, communication, and time management skills.

The successful holder of this position will have a broad background including experience in finance/accounting, implementing global process and systems initiatives and organizational change management.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Review current-state accounting processes with BAU process owners and design and implement any needed changes to processes required in the future state ERP structure related to the Fixed Asset subledger workstream
Responsible for helping the data team and Workstream Leads identify Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation and Conversion rules
Work closely with the Project System and Master Data subledger workstream leads to complete data reconciliations and validations during Mock Cut-overs, UAT and Production Cut-over for ERP transformations

Coordinate with Workstream Leads to execute data migrations and data quality efforts focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication

Provide post go-live support including identifying post go-live support resources, coordinating with key teams to provide hypercare support, and supporting post go-live surveys, analyses, and mitigation plans as required
Assess, prioritize, and escalate issues as necessary

Qualifications & Experience...

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or local equivalent
7+ years of broad accounting expertise with 4+ years of supervisory responsibilities
Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing, and maintaining accounting processes
CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
SAP experience required in the *** & Entertainment industry
Strong background in content accounting topics across the Networks content accounting process in the *** & Entertainment industry
Previous experience with large scale finance software implementations including functional requirements, system design, implementation, data migration, testing, training, go-live support, and issue resolution
