We are seeking reliable and hardworking freelance/part-time individuals to assist us in driving for our labor team.

Responsibilities:

-Help load and unload trucks with rental gear.
-Set up and strike equipment for events.
-Pick up and deliver rental equipment in the Tri-State area.
-Organizational work in the shop as required.
-Flexibility regarding daily work schedule: work often includes late nights and weekends.
-Must be able to pick up 50 lbs repeatedly, push and pull heavy rolling cases.

Requirements:

-Must be flexible!!!
-Must have experience driving trucks.
-Must be comfortable driving different types of vehicles – vans, trucks, etc. ranging from Vans, but primarily 16'-24' trucks.
-Valid driver’s license, CDL would be better.
-Work well with others and as a team.
-Must be able to efficiently communicate with team members.
-Able to work early/late hours.
-Must have handyman skills.
-Must be able to work early hours or evening.
-Flexible hours, willing to be on call if not booked on a certain day.
-Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus.
-Prior experience in audiovisual, special events, film, and television or theater production is a plus.

Your Accountabilities...

Job Summary:

The Oiler-Truck Driver position performs functions that include operating a fuel truck to provide fueling services, lubrication support, oil analysis, and tire repairs for vehicles and equipment. This position provides direct support to all *** land® Resort departments that operate vehicles, motorized equipment, and for Attractions that require routine-lubrication work!

Responsibilities:

Fueling ser *** of automotive equipment: Operate fuel trucks and dispense gasoline, diesel, and CNG (compressed natural gas). Record fuel meter readings and contain/clean up any fuel spills as they occur.

Lubrication Support: Perform lubrication services using oils, greases, and filters when servicing automotive vehicles, gear boxes, atomizers, bearings, chains, and other types of equipment. Record meter readings for assets on a utilization maintenance schedule. Take oil samples when required for oil analysis. Understand the fundamentals of lubrication.

Tire Work: Operate tire changing machines, balancers, lifts, jacks, impacts, and torque wrenches to repair tires. Knowledge needed to recognize tire wear and to find leaks!

Basic Qualifications:

Schedule Availability

Must be open to any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, with any combination of days off

Experience and Abilities

Must have professional, paid experience performing the duties listed under "Responsibilities" above

Your Role Accountabilities...

Your New Role

In the trade marketing department, this role will be responsible for:

Liaison *** ween the *** team requests and the Max design team to ensure all needs are captured correctly and we can adhere to the timeline.
Work closely with creative and campaign managers ensuring asset management requirements are in place before campaign development begins.
Clear understanding of creative review and approval workflows.
Proactively source key art and stills based on upcoming editorial needs for the platform.
Create sharing folders and permissions for creative collaboration during WIP phase.
Assist in the QC all final assets ensuring each asset is built to specifications, branding is correct, and proper file naming and metadata have been inputted.
Coordinate with other Asset Coordinators to ensure synchronicity across pods.
Able to provide status updates in meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio, with a focus on managing digital assets for publicity, marketing, or entertainment.
Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
1-2 years of creative services experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Understanding of the creative production process and terminology.
Understanding of photography including file formats and terminology.
A creative problem solver.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.
Problem-solving skills and good follow-through essential.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $36,051.00 - $66,951.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
