We’re a small production company/agency looking for an awesome editor/Assistant. We do a lot of commercials, conferences, and documentary projects and we’re in need of someone who has a track record of working independently, meeting deadlines, addressing client notes, and is very organized. More specifically, we’re looking for a strong collaborator who can do high quality work on super creative projects as well as some more not-exciting projects.

Some tasks you’ll be responsible for:
-Transferring, duplicating and organizing media/footage.
-Creating stringouts sequences
-Rendering, exporting and uploading footage for client review.
-Assembly of rough cuts organized efficiently for review

Must haves:
-Professional experience as a commercial editor using Adobe’s suite of products.
-Education/Formal Training in film/video OR at least 3 years experience working as a professional editor in a production company or agency.
-Your own computer capable of editing HD footage
-A great attitude and can work independently and collaboratively.
-Someone who takes pride in their work

We specifically need people who are also strong in:
-After Effects
-Color Correction
-Audio Mixing

Work will be on a per project basis and will be done both at our HQ and remotely. We have a ton of editing work (and much more in the pipeline) so if its a good fit, there’s a real opportunity for steady work and to grow along with us.
