I am a photographer and visual artist looking for an Editor to create brand sizzle reels and demo reels for promotion and web content

Knowledge of Final Cut Pro X or Premiere Pro is essential, and general knowledge of encoding, transcoding, metadata, keyword tagging, file formats, and audio conversion are all a plus

I'm looking for a motivated, forward, creative thinker with a good eye and ear, who is generally tech savvy and resourceful, and can take and implement specific instructions, but also have ambitions to edit and can make creative suggestions.

In addition, the ideal candidate would be a positive, optimistic person that possess a great understanding of social media and how initiatives on each platform could help grow my small business.

I work from my home, so the ideal candidate would be able to meet up a few brief times each week, and take the work I need completed back with them to complete at an off-site location. There will be a few times I would need to work alongside this person, but for the most part the work will be completed independently. This is on a per project basis paying a rate of $20 per hour.
