The ideal candidate has a minimum 1-2 years experience as a Field Coordinator with International Experience

Some responsibilities but not limited to:

- Coordinating travel for crew sized 40+.
- Experience with Carnets
- On-set production coordination and logistics.
- Tracking travel on grids in google drive
- Sending travel memos to crew/talent
- Petty cash and credit card expense reporting.
- Coordinating locations, equipment, rentals, and other resources locally and on the road.
- Ensuring releases are obtained, organized, and delivered to post.

set experience is preferred.

This position will require driving of company minivans and cargo
vans, along with crew and gear. Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on
runs and assisting with crew meal. As well as assisting with different departments on an as needed basis. Strong communication skills and a "can do" attitude" are a plus.

Hello! We are currently looking for a production assistant who can join our team for June 10th, 11th, 12th & 13th. We are looking for someone who ideally has a vehicle, as there will be a number of pickups and drop-offs on the 10th and 13th.

SUMMARY: Support the Studio’s mission to be the studio of choice by providing our clients with the finest customer service and support. The Stage Manager is a primary liaison for information and problem solving between the studio and our clients. This position is responsible for assuring the client is well taken care of and any production related requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. The goal is to instill the utmost confidence with the client and handle all situations with a professional, friendly and supportive approach.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Work closely with all studio departments to assure optimum communication of all production activities.
• Closely monitor and manage stages, support space and production related areas at the facility.
• Assist Security and Parking team with accommodating production needs.
• Accurately communicate any billable services to Sylmar Studios Finance Department.
• Identify any issues with the studio’s facilities and report the problems to the appropriate studio department.
• Educate and ensure the production clients comply with all studio policies and procedures, as well as all government regulations, fire and safety codes, cleanliness, etc.
• Act as the main repository for all production activities and efficiently communicate to all
• Sylmar Studios departments in order to provide the client with seamless solutions.
• Complete Sylmar Studios production reports in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
• Complete daily stage checks and assure client paperwork is accurate. Responsible for
• opening stages and securing stages and production areas at time of wrap and keeping an accurate log of activities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance and repair issues in addition to any safety violations. Ensure that all fire extinguishers in production areas are in good working order.
• Participate in client walks when required, including tech scouts for any location shoots taking place on the properties.
• Understand the studio’s emergency preparedness plan, fire regulations and safety protocols.
• Responsible for hazmat collection and disposal program.
• Coordinate 3 and 40 yard trash bins for clients.
• Supervise third-party furniture supplier during move-in and move-out periods.
• Participate in OSHA, Fire Safety, Forklift and Hazmat certification programs.
• Prepares and processes expense reports in accordance with studio policies.
• Responsible of pantry, office supplies and office equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPOSURES:
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a seated position, go outside, stand, walk and move about the property, climb stairs, bend and reach. Fluctuating Work Hours: Production schedules change constantly. This position needs to be flexible as it relates to a predicable work schedule. Since this position supports production clients, Stage Managers must be prepared to align their schedules based on the demand of the clients.

Exposures: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is rarely exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; blood borne pathogens.

ISO Production Assistant to work on a one-day interview/verite shoot in San Diego.

Looking for a set PA for a one-day shoot in Livingston, MT. Job is basically being a second set of hands. Need someone who can work with our DP who is flying in and help out. No equipment required, and you will not really be using any.

Shoots are typically 8a-3p.
