Seeking a Field Producer local to Ft. Worth, TX or Dallas, TX for a small independent documentary following and interviewing local politicians. Must *LIVE* in TX, not "willing to work as local", please.
Schedule is sporadic, over the course May-Nov 2024. Approx 20 total days. Must have field experience working on a documentary or documentary series, must be a pro-active, team player! Experience w/ political projects a plus!
Some responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Assisting director w/ interviews & running certain verite shoots with a one man band DP
-Liaising between interviewees/on-camera talent
-Looking after the crew in the field, ie: being conscious of schedule/hours/meals
-Tracking story beats/hot sheets on any given shoot day
