Established docuseries looking for a GREAT field producer or senior producer. Successful candidates should be great with developing and following story, able to work with difficult talent, manage crews, direct 2 cameras, write well and handle fast-changing and stressful situations with finesse and not lose it under pressure. Again, MUST be great with STORY and know how & when to change direction in scenes as things develop. This is a demanding and rewarding project. Please reply only if you are willing to give 110%.

Job is NOT local to LA, but production will cover travel, housing and per-diem. The show shoots in another very large city.

Field Producer, ***

The Field Producer brainstorms and pitches ideas, researches topics and works closely with reporter(s) to advance stories, break news and produce segments both in studio and in the field.

What you'll do:

Working both independently and with reporters/anchors to produce original business news content, primarily for broadcast and additionally for digital and social.
Production responsibilities may include research, conducting interviews, writing and editing, field producing and overseeing editing.
Pitching story ideas and working on assigned stories developed by the editorial planning team.
