I'm looking for somebody with more experience than me, in conceptualizing, editing, and A/B testing thumbnails. If you don't already have 2+ years of experience editing thumbnails for large (500K+ Subs) successful youtube channels, please do not apply.

What I'm looking for is somebody who can not only edit a thumbnail image, but first brainstorm with me and come up with unique thumbnail concepts, and a few rough sketches of ideas showing the general layout, size, and location of images and text within the thumbnail concept. It is extremely important that the thumbnail strongly correlates with the title, and the intro of the video, as well as the video as a whole. Having said that, the person who fills this role needs STRONG storytelling skills, and the ability to come up with strong video title options as well.

My thumbnails should always have a clear backdrop of the place where I'm treasure hunting (either underwater, or above the surface looking at the water), and in the foreground, an image of me either holding up one/all the items I found, or me holding up treasure hunting gear like I'm about to go search this crazy spot!

Since I will have to do all the photography shooting myself, I need somebody who can give me clear instructions on what to shoot, so that the images can look great in the edit. (including lighting conditions, angles, lenses, expressions, etc). I need this person to OWN the success of the clickthrough rate on my videos, so I can stop spending so much time in post, and start focusing on shooting more content.

Production Management:
