Netflix Docu Shoot

Production company seeks local Hair and Makeup Artist to assist on a Commercial Lifestyle Shoot. It will roughly be 4-7 local talent, who are mostly non actors and or models. There shouldn't be more than a 3-4 on screen in each scene, natural hair and make up looks. 2-3 days of shooting.

We have a two-day shoot for a brand in which we are building their content library. Day 1 is in San Mateo, Day 2 is in Healdsburg, and we are looking for someone to do hair and makeup for the first half of each day to make sure everyone looks camera-ready before shoots begin and apply touchups on set as needed. Rate listed is for 6 hours.

Needed Make Up Artist with hair experience for a 7 week film shoot. This is the weekly pay rate.

Need a hair and makeup combo for two interviews at one location on Fisher Island. Basic camera-ready hair and makeup for two interview subjects, hang around for last looks on second interview then wrap. Probably 2.5 - 3 hours.

9am call time wrap HMU by noon.

$350 rate w/ kit for 3 hours

Looking for HMU for a one day shoot in Syracuse area.

3-4 men will need some minor HMU

Will be shooting inside and outdoors so will need to be on stand by to fix fly aways etc.

Rate is on a 12 hour day.

Must have experience, be professional, and able to stick to a schedule.

This will be a 2 day shoot at a lounge/bar/casino in Santa Rosa, California. There will be 5-7 models who will need to look like they're out for a fun night with their friends. The hair and make-up artist will need to be familiar with any/all skin tones and hair textures and provide exciting night-out looks for all.

The rate depends on how much of taxes need to be withheld, which our company is figuring out with our accountant currently.

We are looking for a HMU artist with experience on a diverse range of skin tones for an upcoming dating show.

Must have experience doing both hair and makeup for all skin tones and hair types. There will be 2-3 talent total. Photos of talent will be provided in advance. The subject will not require full glam, but a clean and broadcast-ready look reflecting what makes them most comfortable.


The documentary's subject matter is neurodiversity/neurosensitivity, and we will feature those from within the community. The individuals participating have kindly offered to share their stories, and we seek to celebrate them while telling honest and informative stories.
