Candidate should be skilled in managing all production logistics, financial oversight, tracking and reporting as well as working with post team to develop post schedule. LP will have some travel, but mostly will have a PM that will travel. When traveling all costs are covered by production with $50/day per diem. Must have valid passport.

Position will be remote but must be willing to come to office in Burbank when needed.

Looking to hire a seasoned LP for a first season docu-series in the Houston area.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows
- Working knowledge of labor laws and
- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses

NYC based production company seeks Full Time Line Producer for upcoming Amazon documentary project. Position would potentially start as early as May 6th and run through roughly late July/early August. Applicant must be local to NYC. Documentary Production experience preferred, but not required. While most work will be remote, some travel may be involved. Travel expenses to be covered by production.

The job will be working at our offices, and will have support from our in-house team, as well as other freelance hires, if necessary. The job will be a combo of office and field work, and may be out of town. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, and able to build budgets and track costs. Seeking experienced Production Assistant for reality show filming in various location. Ideal hire is someone who knows the city well and can be proactive on set.

• Travel / Self Report: You will need your own vehicle to travel / self report to the crew hotel on production days.
• Production minivan will be provided to commute from crew hotel to shoot locations and back.
• Production minivan will also be provided for runs.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Looking for a LOCAL experienced Production Assistant in Cleveland, OH. Will be working with a small crew and must work well with others and ideally know the surrounding area. Crew comes into town this day, so will need assistance with crew pickup from the airport, gear pickups, etc.

Rate: $236/12 hour day.
