Seeking experienced location manager with a solid network in NYC for filming a corporate 3-day shoot in Midtown, Manhattan. The location we're looking for needs to match specific criteria and we need a location manager who can source multiple options quickly.
The content we're filming are 6 long-form interviews with C-Suite executives in the Tech space. The location should compliment that conversation and we'll be bringing in an Art team to dress the set and provide additional props and furniture. More high-level details below:
-3 day shoot filming in Midtown, Manhattan on 5/21-5/23
-Filming 6 separate corporate thought leadership video interviews across 3 days with social media content being captured as well
-Location must be located in Midtown, Manhattan and available for filming on May 21, May 22 and May 23
-Location needs to be well suited for C-Suite executives in Tech. Should be spacious with windows (preferably painted white) and concrete floors. Magnet will be dressing the set so we need permission to bring in a full crew worth of gear + permission to move any existing furniture in the space.
-Location should be able to comfortably fit ~20-25 people including crew and talent; preferably with a holding area for clients
-Sound quality must be *VERY* good. We will be filming multiple executives with tight schedules and we cannot afford to waste much time waiting on passing sirens or car honks.
-Reference photos are available upon discussion
Fee is reflective of
1) Sourcing location based on outlined criteria
2) Scouting the location
3) Facilitating intros between location and Magnet
Difference in rate depends on amount of total hours worked, agreed to in advance.
