Seeking an Experienced Office PA for a major cable network series to provide key administrative and logistical support to the team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that can keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines, follows directions with ease, and has previous office experience. This position is the perfect opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Production Management on a long-running series. This is an open ended, remote based position with benefits (health insurance, 401k, sick days, and vacation days). Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
-Must have prior Office PA experience in television/film production and/or post-production
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Suites
-Strong communication, organizational, attention to detail and administrative skills are essential
-Candidate must have the ability to take direction from multiple people, work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production is also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and good driving record are required.

Los Angeles Film studio is looking for a freelance tech who can run the virtual production side when clients come.

Using Vive Mars cam track system / Unreal engine. Must have extensive knowledge of it.

Also want to hire you for 3days to help install the system and computer and get things running.

We want someone we can call to hire for any virtual productions that get booked at the studio on an ongoing basis.

Also requires a good attitude and disposition

Seeking a LOCAL PA to assist with installing a dash cam on our talent's vehicle (similar to a gopro, it comes with easily laid out instructions). This is a show based on dash cam footage, looking for someone interested in the install and in the future helping us with card retrieval and media management once every two weeks.

Start to finish the install usually takes 2 hours, on days we need a card picked up it takes about 2 1/12 hours to media manage and drop the hard drive at fedex.

Camera install- 5/28

Looking for a local PA to do pickups and returns as well as two days on set for a small documentary shoot. Pickups will be on 5/28, shooting will be 5/29 and 5/30 and returns will be on 5/31.

Searching for Production Assistants to add to a small crew filming a documentary in Nashville and surrounding areas.
 
Essential responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Driving the Production Vehicles with Crew and Gear
* Picking up craft service and crew meals.
* Assist the camera team with B-Roll locations & Shoots 
* Assist the Producers with obtaining releases and scanning archival material as needed
* Ok with long drives to location and runs.
Basic Requirements:
* 1+ years of entertainment experience required
* Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours
* Must be able to pick up and carry at least 50lbs
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be okay working 12 hour day
* Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record (we cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations). 
Additional Requirements:
* Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from a designated worksite in or around Nashville, TN
Pay Range: $15-18 for /12 hour
The amount offered and paid depends on factors including, but not limited to, engagement length, production location, budgetary considerations, and the individual’s skills and experience.

Need a local PA for a one-location shoot at a local Veterinarian's office. Duties will include helping set up lights, moving some office furniture, managing a slate, making a lunch run. Day rate 12 hour $225-$250

Looking for a set PA for a one-day shoot in Fargo, ND. Job is basically being a second set of hands. Need someone who can work with our DP and help out. Interviews and broll for a corporate documentary shoot. No equipment required, and you will not really be using any.

Shoots are typically 8a-3p.

PA needed for two day shoot, 6/13-6/14—interview-based branded content project with some b-roll. PA will set up crafty (food will be provided, no shopping) and pick up lunch, some catch-all tasks like steaming garments or moving props and on the fly tasks as needed. Shoot will be 8 miles from Miami airport. Contractor will provide a W9 to production before shoot day and be paid by check end of day.
