Seeking an Experienced Office PA for a major cable network series to provide key administrative and logistical support to the team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone that can keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines, follows directions with ease, and has previous office experience. This position is the perfect opportunity to learn the ins and outs of Production Management on a long-running series. This is an open ended, remote based position with benefits (health insurance, 401k, sick days, and vacation days). Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
-Must have prior Office PA experience in television/film production and/or post-production
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Suites
-Strong communication, organizational, attention to detail and administrative skills are essential
-Candidate must have the ability to take direction from multiple people, work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time

PA needed for two day shoot, 6/13-6/14—interview-based branded content project with some b-roll. PA will set up crafty (food will be provided, no shopping) and pick up lunch, some catch-all tasks like steaming garments or moving props and on the fly tasks as needed. Shoot will be 8 miles from Miami airport. Contractor will provide a W9 to production before shoot day and be paid by check end of day.

Location: Remote, preferably someone based in NYC or LA
Duration: 26 - 28 weeks
Rate: $1,300 - $1,400 / Week (Days are based on a 12 hour day and the rate is OT eligible)

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Production Office Coordinator (APOC) to join a documentary series. You'll support the Line Producer and Production Manager) in keeping our production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Admin Support: Schedule meetings & keep notes
Document Management: Keep production documents organized and ensure they stay up to date.
Communication: Comfortable with communicating with vendors and permit offices when needed.
Coordination: Create travel itineraries for the crew and assist in preparing call sheets.
Tracking: Track and organize all receipts received by the production team.

Preferences:
Tech-Savvy and comfortable with new software
Eager and willing to learn new skills
Meticulous with a strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and people skills.
Familiarity with Google Suite

You may be asked to assist with gear, so understanding camera gear/ lighting equipment is a big plus.

Need support Production Assistants to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling. Every filming day we have had so far in our first four episodes has started after the sun was up and finished before the sun is down. Lovely! So while there's no guarantees in this world that it remains as relaxed a schedule as that, thus far there has been very minimal OT or hard hours.

ISO people experienced with on-set protocol and communication, can-do attitude and comfortability in fast-paced shooting environments.

Looking for one (1) runner for a major music festival to serve as the runner/PA for the sponsorship team. Duties include going on runs and assisting with duties on-site as needed. MUST be willing to work as a local & must own/have access to a car.

Los Angeles Film studio is looking for a freelance tech who can run the virtual production side when clients come.

Using Vive Mars cam track system / Unreal engine. Must have extensive knowledge of it.

Also want to hire you for 3days to help install the system and computer and get things running.

We want someone we can call to hire for any virtual productions that get booked at the studio on an ongoing basis.

Also requires a good attitude and disposition

Seeking a LOCAL PA to assist with installing a dash cam on our talent's vehicle (similar to a gopro, it comes with easily laid out instructions). This is a show based on dash cam footage, looking for someone interested in the install and in the future helping us with card retrieval and media management once every two weeks.

Start to finish the install usually takes 2 hours, on days we need a card picked up it takes about 2 1/12 hours to media manage and drop the hard drive at fedex.
