I am looking to staff for two different shifts. This is a non-set position and would require the person to help fire-watch our permitted parking spaces so no cars park there in the 24 hours before we arrive. There are two shifts 7am on 5/20 to 7pm on 5/20 and 7pm on 5/20 to 7am on 5/21(overnight). I will have 1 person per 12hour shift but please only apply if you can do both.

We are in search of a Production Assistant to help with interviews, broll and event coverage on May 30, May 31, and June 1 in the Morningside Heights neighborhood in Manhattan.

Looking for a seasoned Production Manager for a semi-travel show.

PM Candidate needs to have 5 years or more of experience working as a PM on non union docuseries and must have previous experience working on a series with domestic travel. (Must have experience booking travel (airfare, hotels) and hiring local crew, finding local vendors, etc.)

Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of the production, including location scouting, securing permits, and arranging transportation and accommodations for cast and crew.
Budget Tracking: Assist in managing the production budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all costs remain within the allocated budget.
Crew Support: Provide administrative support to the production team, including organizing meetings, preparing call sheets, and distributing production documents.
Continuity Maintenance: Ensure that all production activities maintain continuity with the previously shot footage, working closely with the director, production designer, and other key personnel.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary resources, including equipment, props, and supplies.
Problem Solving: Address any logistical or operational issues that arise during production, finding quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, contact lists, and expenditure reports.
Qualifications:
