Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.

We are currently offering between 20-30 hours per week, M-F, with the possibility of the hours extending into full-time. The starting compensation is above California minimum wage.

Latchkey Films, a documentary production company based in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a production assistant who can help with development projects. This person should be proficient in AVID and know how to bring in footage and organize projects in AVID. Also will help with research and development, and other PA tasks when possible.

New show for Discovery that has filmed three episodes already around Los Angeles, will film two more, and then continue on across the U.S. until approx July 3. All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.

Seeking a local PA in West Hollywood for a two day interview shoot.

Looking for a Local Los Angeles PA to jump on a one day shoot on Monday 5/13. Normal PA Duties include but aren't limited to, Load In/Load Out, Lunch Runs, Moving Equipment, and assisting crew and talent with anything that is needed.

A San Francisco based tech company is looking for a production assistant to join a producer and videographer for a 2 day shoot, which includes an interview + b-roll at a local restaurant. We'll be filming a testimonial with a current client of ours.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist production with runs, loading and unloading a small amount of gear, setting up production gear, lunch pick-up (we'll try to order delivery), appearance releases, etc. For B-roll we're also looking to film a "lunch scene with diners" on Wednesday so ideally you're okay being on camera (hands mostly). Myself and our director would be at the table with you, basically just making it look like a group of friends at a restaurant for b-roll.

We're filming Tuesday 5/14 + Wednesday 5/15. The days are roughly 8:30am - 5pm but we're hoping to wrap a little earlier on Wednesday.

Rate is $350/day + reimbursement for expenses/mileage.

Looking for a hands-on Production Assistant for a network special, taping on Tuesday, May 14th. Load in will be on Monday, May 13th with a possible load out on Wednesday, May 15th.

As Digital Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating influencer production, managing brand channel content deliverables, and communicating content/asset deadlines to internal parties to meet campaign milestones. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with creators & managers for campaign deliverables and timelines.
Tracking and communicating content and production requirements to internal parties for influencer marketing campaigns and associated brand channels.
- Updating and maintaining the internal campaign execution calendar with key deadlines, and being able to communicate key dates to team members.
- Researching and organizing potential talent and trending format lists for campaign proposals and executions.
- Coordinate production for influencer shoots at live events and/or celebrity talent custom productions. Accompany team members to on-location shoots with talent if necessary.

Requirements:

This person needs experience setting up fast-paced documentary/ reality shoots, securing filming permits, and confident working on location with talent and crew.
