Bunim Murray Productions, Producers of Project Runway, Born this Way, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real World, Total Divas and more is currently accepting resumes for a Facilities Office Coordinator to join our Facilities/Maintenance team to start immediately. We are located in Glendale.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Parking/Building Access Card Issuance and Accounting: Duties include activating, deactivating, issuing proxy cards, working with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis. Copier/Postage Meter Reading Reports: Duties include ordering supplies, calling in service requests, monthly meter readings, updating accounting codes, refilling postage, stamp outgoing mail, meter reporting to Finance and ensure accurate invoicing.

Office Supply Ordering and Distribution: Duties include filling out Purchase Orders, price checking, getting appropriate approval signatures, placing office supply orders, ensure accurate invoicing, office supply distribution, and returns.
Assist Operations Coordinator with special event set-up/break down. Review security camera footage as needed.
Employee Customer Service: Must have excellent customer service as this position is the point person for all employees. Respond to and direct requests to appropriate Operations employees.
Ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year experience working in a Facilities/Operations department or experience working in a Property Management Office. Microsoft Office Experience needed including Excel and Powerpoint.

Hi Knoxville - We are looking for some amazing talented Production Assistants for an upcoming Live To Tape show! :-)

Time frame would be May 25-31 in the downtown Knoxville area. This would be Set PA positions with some potentially being PA Runners or an Office PA. Looking for team players who are hard working, reliable and positive attitude for fun! Ability to lift 10-15 lbs is a plus.

Must be and/or work as a local. - No travelers please.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Description

The Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) is *** Universal's first 24/7 digital operation predicated on delivering holistic OTT content distribution, proactive monitoring, and issue resolution across the entire portfolio of VOD and Live streaming ecosystems.

TheDigital Operations Coordinator(L1) is tasked with executing the daily monitoring of Digital NOC processes to ensure the proper distribution of all *** Universal/ *** digital and linear properties. The Coordinator requires a strong working knowledge of all functions within the operation and monitors system health through a combination of "eyes on glass" and alert base monitoring. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to IRD management, real-time platform validation, issue investigation, and de *** management. Overall, a Digital Operations Coordinator (L1) is accountable for validating the set standards of reliability across the linear and digital environment, by properly monitoring all designated workflows and adhering to established performance thresholds.

This role is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge team that is pioneering digital delivery and distribution for the industry.

Partner with Engineering teams to manage terrestrial and cloud distribution architectures
The coordinator will be responsible for assisting the team in managing this full portfolio of hardware, troubleshooting, onboarding, and replacing this hardware as required.
The coordinator will play a key role in helping complete critical migrations for distribution and/or upgrading in field devices.
Monitor the end-to-end distribution of *** Universal's digital library across a diverse portfolio of products, platforms, and partnerships
Validate the set standards of reliability throughout the digital environment by properly overseeing all designated workflows and adhering to established performance thresholds
Aid in escalation, reporting, and resolution communications across the digital footprint and larger organization
Execute de *** and platform endpoint checks to ensure LIVE/VOD availability and playability
Develop workflow expertise and communicate knowledge throughout the operation
Collaborate with Technical Operation peers on delivery assurance to internal and external clients
Unite with the internal Leadership team to develop technological and operational enhancements
Create and maintain strong working relationships with external distribution partners
Analyze issue trends and discrepancies

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in *** or Communications or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Minimum 1+ years industry, database, or related analytic experience is required
• Minimum 1+ years Network Operations, Digital Operation, or *** Operations facility experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related *** experience
• Prior experience in an IRD support role strongly preferred
• Prior experience using JIRA and Ser *** Now ticketing systems strongly preferred
• Prior experience using OTT devices strongly preferred (Web, iOS, tvOS, Android, Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox, PlayStation)
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

*** President, Production for Universal Television Productions, will manage and oversee pilot and series productions reporting directly to the studio's Executive *** President. This role will partner with studio and network creative executives to ensure accurate production budgets are built. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date. The assignment is anticipated to be 12 months in duration (subject to change).

Essential Responsibilities

Plan and manage the physical production for UCP scripted pilots and series
Oversee on-set production personnel to ensure best-in-class productions as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale
Manage and communicate information (materials, dates, schedules etc.) to head of the department
Work with studio and network creative executives for production budget reviews, planning and logistics
Effectively communicate and interfere regularly with internal teams (Business Affairs, Legal and Finance)

Edits copy to assure compliance, calling for video changes when necessary; oversees all final edits for that day's broadcast under deadline. This position also coordinates and checks continuity for all video and still elements in the video walls during the day's on-stage shoot.

What You'll Do

Oversee offline and online post production schedule and delivery of daily packages to online editor.
May write and produce content
Edit teases and open for daily show.
Supervise taped video production by organizing the program elements; back timing the program and working with production crew to organize necessary technical means and personnel requirements to accomplish the task.
Oversee visual elements for studio recording, including producing visual components of the virtual set.
Works with post editors on final production.
Responsible for ensuring final show is fed to participating stations at deadline daily.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree or higher
