The Amazon Visual Innovation Team is seeking professionals for freelance work in their Jeffersonville, IN
Fashion Studio. Business hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00am EST to 3:30pm EST and scheduling is highly
flexible. The ideal candidate should have some experience working in an operations environment and
possess the temperament necessary to thrive in our fast-paced, high volume digital studio environment.
The Freelance Studio Operations Associate will primarily be responsible for preparation and styling of
footwear, toys, and miscellaneous apparel accessories and hardlines as well as inventory management
execution of products travelling to and from the Photography Studio. Additional responsibilities may
also include troubleshooting problems, product image capture, and product tracking, among other
tasks.
Key job responsibilities
Ensures efficient flow of physical product and supports virtual assets through stages of the
studio workflow.
Follows studio guidelines to prep product for imaging, adhering to high standards of maintaining
product packaging integrity.
Identifies issues with products flowing in and out of the studio and problem solves.
Preferred Qualifications (Non-compliance in one or more of these areas will not disqualify any applicant)
Punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled work days.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office > Excel.
Experience with product styling and/or photography.
Basic understanding of the principles of art and elements of art.
Previous experience working in a high-volume commercial studio, or fulfillment center in an
operational management capacity.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization under tight
deadlines.
Obsession with delighting customers, comfortable in a culture of continuous change and
problem-solving ability.
