We are seeking a Digital Producer to come on board and join our busy Production team.
This is a full time, perma-lance position that does not include benefits but could lead to a staff position.
The rate is $300/day.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal digital creative team to produce video content for our brands, from ideation to launch. (concept, production, edit, to air and all steps in between).
- Lead and supervise a range of creative projects from small single day shoots to larger multi day, multi video endeavors - ensuring their success relevant to timeline, budget and scope while meeting content strategy.
- Ability to produce video content alone and in teams.
- Ability to take producing assignments as well as your own original ideas.
- Be passionate about delivering the best creative with in schedule and budget constraints.
- Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to our brands.
- Write and produce timely, creative syndication and slideshow style videos.
- Work closely with VP of Digital Production and Production Manager on sourcing crew, equipment, locations, talent.
- Create, track and actualizing video budgets.
- Write, direct, produce effectively within limited time frames.
- Qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of hands-on creative producing experience in the digital space; MCN or film background / experience a plus.
- Understanding of basic editorial video content or online media standards.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends if needed.
- Must be friendly, extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi- tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player with ability to lead and motivate other Producers and team members to maximize their potential in order to deliver great work.
- Stress-tolerant, quick thinking, accurate and calm under pressure.
- Flexibility, taking initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, pragmatic, level-headed and possess common sense.
Please be prepared to share examples of project documentation including Statement of Works, project plans, schedules, etc.
