Looking for another producer to bring in for ongoing corporate work in the Bay area. Duties will generally cover line-producing: budgeting, coordinating rentals, crew, serving as production manager, as well as finding locations, coordinating casting, etc.

We shoot very lean (usually 1-6 crew members per shoot). Work will be on a project-by-project basis (for now). Start time is TBD.

ROLE DETAILS:
Understand and predict video production scope and budgeting so as to properly
align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected or required budget parameters.

This understanding should extend to all aspects and executions of video production
from one man band, guerilla production to network television including scripting,
casting, art direction, talent direction, location scouting, wardrobe, hair & makeup, on-location, or in-studio production.

• Actively lead and manage the production of premium, high-level projects and ensure their timely delivery, on time, on budget & with creative producing at the forefront
• When needed, create and present pitch decks
• Concept, Write Scripts, Idea development
• Define scope on all projects thoroughly
• Pre-production & budget building when needed
• Engage with clients on all levels of project, clear communication at every stage.
• Produce and direct on location/set
• Quality Assurance
• Oversee post-production and final delivery
• Wrap out project, document releases, costs & project files.
• Actively interact with the client to ensure that the client’s creative vision is realized in the projects being produced and to manage expectations.
• Continually push to raise the bar for the quality and production value of the content that StudioNow produces and bring a rolodex of talented animators, editors, DP's, etc
• Continually seek creative and innovative ways to produce innovative video content for while maximizing available budget(s)

When appropriate, work closely with brand / client teams to:

• Help sell through creative concepts to potential clients
• Follow standard review process and quality assurance process for all videos
• Resolve elevated/prolonged customer service/production issues.

We are looking for a top notch producer who can create multi-platform marketing that appeals to both traditional and new *** audiences. Medium to large TV market experience is preferred and strong writing skills are a big plus. The Creative Services Producer will work with the Marketing Manager and Director of Creative Services on execution of strategy and brand direction.

**** YOU'LL DO:

Conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit promos including image, topicals, programming, social and special projects to help expand viewership and ratings for *** 15 and our social *** channels.
Works closely with the news and sales teams, creative services producers, and leadership staff on social *** development and promotional script ideas.
Produce station image campaigns, investigative promos, and sales/community initiatives. This includes development of concept, copywriting, shooting and spot production.
Attends news and sales meetings as needed to discuss all campaign direction and implementation.
Publishes and manages content on multiple digital platforms, including the station's local website, mobile and social networks using current production and web-delivery tools.
Produces digital video when assigned to increase our user engagement.
Design and create still and motion graphics for on-air, web and print.
Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven and creative environment.
Be a team player who takes initiative to further the station's brand.
Assist in promotional events which could include nights and/or weekends
Perform other duties as assigned by station leadership.

**** YOU'LL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, advertising, or related field.
Minimum one year of writing and producing experience in Creative Services or related field.
Strong ability to write conversationally.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others.
Able to interpret research and write compelling promotional copy to recruit and retain viewership and generate product/ser *** sales.
Must have direct knowledge and hands-on experience with social *** platforms.
Must demonstrate openness and capacity to seek new opportunities and adopt new ways of doing things.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task.
Proficient in non-linear editing systems such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro X as well as the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and After Effects.
Knowledge of shooting video with various cameras.
Demonstrated ability to strive for results while maintaining good relations with internal and external customers.
Must have outstanding skills in time management and setting priorities.
