We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date & Call time: Sat 5/4/24 @ 11am

Event hours: 530pm – 12am

Event Location: Indy Raceway, Indianapolis, IN

Event Activations / Games: VR Games, Holographic Unit

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs.
Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $17.851/hr based on a 12 hour day.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement while on set, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

We are looking for a strong production assistant to join our team May 6th - 10th on season 3 of a true crime docu-series for Oxygen. You will be traveling with the team and need to be fully available during that time frame.

We need someone easy-going, fun, has a great work ethic, and has a positive attitude!

Requirements:
-Has a valid driver's license
-Will SAFELY drive a crew minivan
-Can keep track of our credit card and receipts
-Familiar with obtaining appearance releases

-Takes direction well

Production crew will be filming an episode of Carnival Eats (Cooking Channel) in Meriden, CT. We are looking for a local production assistant who is able to work 2 days between May 4-5, 2024.

Seeking someone motivated, eager, and helpful in all areas with a CAN-DO attitude. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear around the fairgrounds, driving vans, getting lunch, running small errands, setting up and tearing down, watching gear, getting release forms signed and much more.
