Looking for an experienced PA to help our traveling docu-series. Duties will include driving crew (clean driving required required), airport pickups, crafty shopping and assisting crew on set.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

Looking for a PA local to St. Louis for a shoot in Cairo, IL for our development shoot. We will be outdoors, so the right candidate will need to have proper gear (hiking boots, protective clothing, etc), and a great attitude. Our crew is small, but fun-loving and we are hoping to get someone who is able to assist with runs, crew meals, and whatever else may be needed to assist the Producer and DP.
