REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Need 2x PAs for help transporting gear from airport to hotel
Will pick up rental vehicles prior to picking up the equipment

In search of a PA for four days on 6/10, 6/11, 6/12 and 6/13 for a HGTV renovation show in the Boston, MA area. Must have your own vehicle. Duties will include:

The person must be local to the area and have experience/feel comfortable driving minivans, SUVs, and cargo vans. Need support Production Assistants to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling. We're seeking two Production Assistants for a non-union Hulu documentary shoot in Wichita, Kansas, lasting 6-7 days.

Shoot Dates:

Start: Sunday June 16th, 2024
End: Either Saturday June 22nd or Sunday June 23rd, 2024 (with 1 potential dark day in between)
Responsibilities:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving production vehicles (mini-vans, SUV or cargo vans).
- Transportation duties include: airport pickups, gear pickups, errands ("runs"), and equipment transport.
- Assist with set logistics: lunch orders, unloading gear cases, set cleaning, and furniture movement.
- Administrative tasks: printing and scanning documents.

Requirements:

Local to Wichita, Kansas, or willing to work as a local (accommodation, mileage, and tolls not provided by production).
Available to work for the entire shoot duration June 16th to June 23rd, 2024
