Studio City, CA based Production Company with shows set up at Discovery, Animal Planet, TruTV and History Channel is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator for a 6-episode true crime recreation show filming in Portland, Oregon. The approximate duration of the assignment would be from 9/4 through 10/20.

Responsibilities include but not limited to such tasks as supporting producers, locking down locations, managing PA’s, keeping schedule on track, overseeing pick-up and returns of gear/equipment, handling petty cash for meals and production needs, keeping track of shot footage, organizing and booking accommodation, coordinating travel, etc. Proficiency with non-union crew, talent contracts, and payroll paperwork is desired.

Experience in recreation programs a plus. Please describe in your cover letter your experience as well as your weekly rate.
