Seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Manager for a non-union show with extensive domestic travel.
This is a field position and will require travel. Project begins prep June 3 and is a long running project for the right candidate. Los Angeles applicant is preferred , but open to any qualified candidate even if not LA based.
Main Responsibilities:
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew and gear logistics
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for cast and crew
Manage Gear freight to each location
Manage day-to-day production operations on location
Problem-solve effectively and proactively with a thoughtful approach for both crew and cast
Collaborate closely with the EIC and Producers
Ensure best practices for safety are adhered to by crew and staff.
Oversee location * appearance Releases ,Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Reports
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in Reality TV.
Looking for proven ability to manage a show with heavy travel and fast moving schedule and logistics.
Looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills that are presented with a kind demeanor
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Per Diem is paid for travel days / Rate 2200 -2500 commensurate with experience
