A new house reality/competition project with very tight edit schedule is in search of associate producers.

Duties include:
-Taking detailed field notes, and assisting producer in crafting cast interview questions
-Working with story producer to string out an assigned episode in 1 week.
-Helping producer support editors during episode assembly and notes process.
-Must be experienced with Avid and ScriptSync
-Must be well-versed in Google Docs/Sheets (we'll use this for field notes().

Various start and wrap dates (staggered) for several positions. Earliest start date is 5/26. Most positions will spend 3-5 days in the field, followed by post production.

Two positions will be post-only, starting Tuesday 5/30.

Because of tight turn-around to air, we'll have a couple of 6-day weeks, and some potentially long days.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the show's producers and creative team to develop engaging and humorous storylines, sketches, and dialogue for each episode.
Write original comedic material that aligns with the tone and style of the show, incorporating current events, pop culture references, and relatable humor.
Pitch creative ideas and concepts for comedic segments, recurring jokes, and character development.
Work closely with the cast to ensure comedic timing and delivery are optimized for maximum laughs.
Revise and polish scripts based on feedback from producer.
Stay informed about current trends in comedy and entertainment to keep the show fresh and relevant.
In addition to writing scripts for the show, writer will also need to write snackable content for show teasers, promos, etc. for social media.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a comedy writer for television, film, or digital media.
Exceptional comedic timing and wit, with a talent for crafting original jokes and humorous situations.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop engaging characters and narratives.

Job Description

The Noticiero Writer is responsible for outlining and polishing the written content for the on-air show during tapings. The Noticiero Writer is responsible for supporting the cases with accurate information of other related stories occurring around the world.

Responsibilities:

Assists producers in all aspects of the production of daily newscasts with a focus on writing
Writes stories as assigned by producers, including readers, voice-overs, vo/sots, and anchor packages

This person will be responsible for writing and publishing content daily while editing junior writers and conducting interviews for E! Online.
