Job Summary/Description:
**** 48 is seeking an experienced Sales Leader with a passion for sales and the magic behind digital capabilities. This role will allow the right candidate to represent the **** 48 brand to a community of local clients, advertising agencies, and the general public. You'll get to work alongside some of the best in the biz, overseeing digital sales and strategy, and having fun in the field, helping clients reach and exceed their business goals and needs.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- The Senior Digital Sales Specialist will work strategically with our sales staff to generate creative solutions that deliver customized digital campaigns
- Individual MUST possess knowledge of video and banner ad sales, OTT/CTV, mobile platforms, social *** and targeted email
- Act as a secondary client contact, understanding client goals and optimizing success through research and analysis
- Develop *** plan recommendations, buy summaries, and campaign measurement
- Present proposals with *** and cost schedules to clients.
- Will go on sales calls with Account Executives
- Manage all facets of campaign execution by working with Digital Sales Manager and Digital Coordinator
- Take the lead on optimization strategies for digital campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and identify areas of development within emerging markets
- Develop and present concise reporting decks highlighting the success of the campaign and recommendations for future campaigns
- Traffic all ads and confirm launch success
- Promote positive working relationships within the department, the company, and the vendor community
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years of digital sales experience
- Highly-motivated team player
- Superior multitasking skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple requests daily
- Possess demonstrable experience working in both B2B and B2C environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Possess superb written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must be proficient in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Google Certification (Specifically Google Analytics & Google Ad Manager) preferred
- Broadcast industry experience preferred
