The intent of the project is to sell the script. Therefore no camera equipment will be used. Just iphone, gimballs and lights. The script is complete. The shooting script is complete. A shooting script and story board will be made available to the videographer prior to the shoot date.

Scenes will be shot inside and outside in Harlem and the Bronx. The cast is multi-ethnic. I will need a videographer that has experience filming men and women of diverse backgrounds and skin tones. Everyone must look good (in their best light). If you don't have experience with diversity please prepare yourself prior to applying.

All scenes are 5 minutes or less. We will not shoot in continuity. I only need the actors present for their scenes on set. Therefore we will shoot the scenes in order of actors appearance.

At EOD all scenes must be confirmed. The shooting script and story board can be used as a guideline.

Looking for an experienced New York-based post supervisor for a 3 part docu-series.
You will oversee all elements of post production not limited to creating and managing the post schedule, day-to-day, producer and network communication, cut distribution, and overseeing all post deliverables.

We're looking for a story AP to join our team on an established, unscripted, observational series. Seeking Composer for upcoming short film currently in post-production. Rate negotiable.



Below are the details:

PROJECT: “Paint Me Blue” (narrative short film)
RUNTIME: Approx. 19 mins (Approx. 8-12 mins of music needed for the score)
GENRE: Romantic Drama, Magical Realism
MUSIC TYPE: Strings. Open to a variety of instrumentations for this score, but most interested in a combination of violin, cello, and perhaps harp.
FILM SYNOPSIS: A Painter and a Muse fall in love, create art, and escape reality in the midst of chaos and tragedy. As the world returns to normalcy, they must grapple with their own evolution, purpose, and destiny.
LOCATION: NYC-based preferred, but open to working remotely.
TIMELINE: Score would ideally be completed by June, but open to a later deadline if needed.
RATE: $1,000-$2,000 (Negotiable Flat Fee)

Please provide portfolio/scoring samples for consideration.

Composers who could provide instrumentation and record the score themselves would be ideal candidates and allow for a higher rate. We are certainly open to hiring musicians separately and recording in a more traditional studio setting, although this may have to limit the rate for the Composer.

Especially interested in like-minded artists who have a passion for collaborative processes and creative storytelling. Looking for a Camera Operator for a one day shoot in NYC on Sunday 5/5/2024. The day will consist of predominantly B-Roll with one or two stand up interviews. The day should require roaming around a convention so a gimbal will be needed. B-roll will consist of capturing establishing shots, signage, attendees interacting, panels, crowds, and exhibit hall shots. A producer will be there to feed questions for the interviews. Being able to set up and monitor wireless lavaliers (up to two) to record directly into the camera will be needed. Also needed is a small light set up that we can use for the short interviews. A room for you to leave any equipment and grab what you need will be provided.

NYC based production company seeks Full Time Line Producer for upcoming Amazon documentary project. Position would potentially start as early as May 6th and run through roughly late July/early August. Applicant must be local to NYC. Documentary Production experience preferred, but not required.
