Job Description
The Coordinator, *** is responsible for supporting the Director and Manager in planning and execution of all paid *** plans across *** Entertainment and the Entertainment Lifestyle Group (ELG).
Responsibilities :
- Support the team in the development and execution of *** strategies and plans for all supported shows across paid and owned properties.
- Oversee the delivery of all creative materials *** ween *** U creative groups and all external partners/vendors.
- Assist in managing financial reporting documents associated with the *** budget, including, but not limited to:
- Code, submit, and track all invoices and estimates.
- Maintain billing trackers and quarterly budget documents; work closely with finance team to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Set up new vendors and troubleshoot invoice processing, as needed, to ensure timely payment.
- File and maintain key *** materials including agency presentations, flowcharts, authorizations, traffic instructions, and IOs.
- Coordinate with partner departments on marketing plans and execution.
- Help manage the fulfillment of information requests across the TV Portfolio division.
- Attend and participate in *** briefing sessions, status meetings, agencies/vendor meetings, internal show meetings.
- Assist the larger *** team with any ad-hoc projects/requests.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving, working with internal teams and external agency partners to investigate and resolve campaign execution questions and issues.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in *** planning and buying. *** agency experience required.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Resourceful, organized, and process and detail oriented.

- Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications/Advertising, or *** Studies.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
