Pay Range
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

The Employment Law group advises on the full range of employment legal issues faced by the Group acting as a trusted business partner and corporate adviser.

The Fair Employment Practices group serves as a key, central point of contact to address concerns raised by employees, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This role will be responsible for conducting, coordinating, and handling internal investigations of employment-related complaints. This role will also focus on enterprise-wide efforts to support positive employee relations, which will include the development and implementation of training programs, focus groups and other initiatives.

This role will provide employment legal and fair employment practices support to all the *** Universal businesses in Australia and New Zealand and also advise Universal *** Group on all its production activity across the APAC region.

Employment Legal

Provide legal ad *** and counsel to HR, managers, including key business leaders, and other internal lawyers, both within and outside the US, regarding the full range of labour and employment legal issues in APAC.
Advise *** Universal and, as appropriate, instruct outside counsel with respect to internal investigations, employment litigation and the employment-related aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.
Build close relationships with HR and Legal in order to foster a partnering approach.
Analyze and advise with respect to the impact of legislative changes on our operations

Fair Employment Practises

Conduct investigations in to highly-sensitive and/or complex matters relating to allegations of harassment, discrimination, complaints about manager(s), and/or work environment in partnership with the internal Employment Law team and HR
Prepare investigative documents and record cases in case management tool

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

With teams located in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, Atlanta and London, O&T provides a number of enterprise services including film and TV studio operations, post production, technical operations, engineering, facilities, real estate, security and EHS.

Role Summary

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead the HR team and develop and drive the Talent Strategy for Universal Studio Operations, Global Real Estate and Enterprise Sustainability, part of *** Universal's Operations & Technology division. Studio Operations is a 1400+ employee organization that encompasses a broad range of production, post-production, facilities and broadcast operations at Universal *** , and other locations nationwide. Universal *** is one of the largest full-ser *** *** facilities in the world with over 30 sound stages, broadcast *** and an array of backlot locations serving both internal and external clients in television, feature film, streaming and commercial production. Studio Operations maintains the infrastructure of the ~400 acre property including office space, roads, power and more. Qualifications

Production HR

Basic Qualifications:
