How you'll make an impact:
Your mission in this role will be to monitor, validate and edit large volumes of metadata associated with Sirius XM's diverse and engaging content offering (from shows debuting the newest music to coverage of all major sports to shows hosted by some of the biggest co *** ns and celebrities and everything in *** ween) with a keen eye on detail and consistency. This will include verifying descriptive metadata designed to drive engagement as well as back-end metadata that fuels search and recommendation. In addition, you will be responsible for applying supplemental metadata and liaising with creators to drive ongoing improvement.

What you'll do:

Metadata quality assurance - Ensure that the quality of descriptive metadata meets *** 's standards and adheres to internal guidelines
Metadata Analysis - Work with Metadata Manager to provide ongoing, data-driven, feedback intended to drive improvement in metadata tagging
Content Tagging - Review and apply additional tags to content across programming applications to improve the quality of search, recommendations, and discovery experiences
Communicate best practices to content creators and serve as point of contact for ongoing support
Collaborate with Product & Technology and Content organizations to prioritize metadata normalization efforts

What you'll need:

How you'll make an impact:

The Senior Analyst, Governance, Risk, and Compliance will be a key individual contributor in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. The team member will play a key role in maintaining our PCI compliance program, partnering with process owners, external auditors, and other stakeholders in order to perform the end-to-end compliance process. The Senior Analyst will also contribute to the transformation and execution of the company's security training program.

What you'll do:

Be a valuable individual contributor to our growing GRC department, assisting in the execution of GRC initiatives, such as security attestations and vendor risk management.

*** Theatrical Group is currently seeking an executive to be Director, Sales & Ticketing with broad experience across both the New York Broadway and North American Touring businesses. This leader must possess a unique combination of analytical, collaborative and strategic skillsets while being able to motivate team members to deliver a top-of-class ticketing experience on behalf of all of our productions.
In this role, the individual must work daily with internal partners such as fellow Sales & Analytics colleagues, Touring, Marketing, Finance, Production, Operations and others while managing external relationships with venue owners and box office staffs, ticketing companies like Ticketmaster and TixTrack and a wide variety of third party sales partners and distributors. Simultaneous to powering critical relationships, this executive is responsible for generating optimal yield and attendance levels on behalf of all DTG productions.
The Director, Sales and Ticketing reports to the *** President, Sales and Analytics and leads a team of three other Sales and Ticketing professionals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all Sales and Ticketing responsibilities for DTG's NY Broadway and North American Touring productions, which includes the following areas of oversight:
- Pricing & Inventory Management
- Ticketing Operations
- Sales Strategy
Manage day-to-day relationships with Ticketmaster, Broadway.com, Broadway Direct, EBG, Broadway Inbound, TodayTix, TixTrack and other ticketing entities as required on all back-end as well as consumer-facing platforms, including Ticketmaster's secondary market sales vehicle TM+
Oversee an approximately $1M budget intended to empower these efforts
Cultivate DTG's continued use of an end-to-end Guest Ser *** interface and promote use of it by other teams including Operations and Publicity
Lead a team of three Sales and Ticketing professionals (including one at a Manager level) with day to day coaching as well as career mentoring
Liaise closely with various synergy partners across ***
Moderate travel is required throughout the year

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading entry-level and Manager-level professionals

Experience overseeing a budget
Experience as the day-to-day operator of no less than two Broadway shows concurrently as well as a familiarity with key Touring Broadway presenters and venues
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the live event industry with analytics, sales and ticketing experience
Extensive knowledge of ticketing systems including, but not limited to, Ticketmaster HOST, Tessitura and Nliven

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the production end to end all campaign creation, new and reversions that have been assigned via the Production Manager

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

Extensive knowledge of AV workflow relating to editorial and motion graphics for theatrical and/or home entertainment marketing which includes; trailers, sizzle reels, AV spots and social *** assets.
AV managing experience including Production, Post Production and Finishing.
Deep knowledge of AV finishing, video formats, delivery requirements, and asset retrieval, approval, and delivery platforms such as AdStream, *** Qurator, Box, NEST, Aspera and others as required.
Strong interest and understanding of new and emerging technology such as AR, VR, NFT, AI and how these integrate into video advertising. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Cut nightly show opens and teases. Preview all packages prior to nightly broadcast and troubleshoot problems
Archive all original Chronicle content and manage the program's digital archives
Work with catalog systems to record and locate necessary video
Gather and edit video and still pictures
Possess the ability to edit show packages for both broadcast and digital platforms
Work with producers to ensure their creative vision is executed with vivid video and natural sound, music, and graphics
In person attendance is required

Requirements:

5-10 years of editing long-form packages
Minimum three years of experience working with Adobe Premiere
Videography experience strongly preferred
Exceptional ability to use digital editing tools, specifically the Adobe creative suite, and a willingness to work in a team-based environment
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Understanding of the principles and ethics of journalism
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Strong attention to detail
Equivalent military training from Defense Information School (DINFOS) and associated experience will be considered.

General Summary:
The Employee Connection (EC) Coordinator is part of the Tier 1 Employee Connection team (EC) in HR Services APAC, which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding employee experience in *** Bros Discovery.

This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan, will report to the EC Supervisor, APAC, and locally, be supervised by the Japan EC Senior Specialist on the ground. This role will provide dedicated support to the Employee Connection team and play an essential part in delivering efficient and effective on-the-ground support in processing specific HR Services administration to Japan's Harry Potter Studio Tour team. Regularly interacting with employees, this role is responsible for the accurate and speedy processing and execution of standardized and repeatable processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, mobility, operations, and compliance. The hire should be highly independent and proactive in coordinating information for accurate data processing related to payroll and employment setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate end to end services HR services activities from hire to exit. Performs HR transactions in Workday (on and offboarding, data administration) Creating and preparing offer letters/contracts for part-time employees. Support and coordinate all onboarding and benefit enrolment activities such as:

Sending out onboarding-related correspondence and materials to candidates.
Collect and Check documents submitted during onboarding by new hires.
Check and ensure new hires fulfill conditions of social insurance, scanning personal documents submitted by new hires for accuracy.

Support and coordinate all off-boarding and exit activities such as:

Sending out off-boarding related mails and materials to leavers.
Collect and Check documents submitted during off-boarding or exit clearance by leavers
Check and ensure leavers fulfills all required handover/exit clearance, scanning forms and documents submitted by terminated employees for accuracy.

Communicating and send out reminders to employees so they submit required documents on time. Support in organizing health insurance results for local and statutory reporting. Attending to im *** te inquiries by employees and responding based on user manual, guides prepared by EC team member / supervisor. Support and coordinate local EC Orientation and induction programs. Send and Receive mail items from employees for any employment and personal related changes / set up. Create and update employee personnel folders, e-files and sorting of employees' personal data. Update payroll staff movement report timely. Support other general HR administrative work, responds to other HR teams and employee inquiries timely. Report any issues and im *** tely escalate unresolved matters to EC team member or supervisor. Support other urgent tasks from time to time.

Experience required:

At least 1-2 years of experience working in the general field of Human Resources services and administration in an international, dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Fluent in Japanese with basic English language skills a plus.
Basic knowledge of Japan's local employment, payroll, benefits, and social security.
Basic to Inter *** te skills in Microsoft Office tools, at least MS Word, excel, and PowerPoint.

Manager, Post Production

Work closely with *** East Coast Programming, Production, Marketing, *** Relations, and Legal Executives to ensure that all workflows, budgets, schedules, *** assets and program elements are executed and delivered in a timely and technically accurate manner within budget and on schedule.
Oversee multiple projects at various phases simultaneously. Will ensure that show pertinent information such as schedules, workflows, contacts, and technical specifications are tracked and when appropriate disseminated to relevant departments including marketing, *** relations, QC, content enhancements, awards, and archive.
Collaborate directly with production and vendors to plan the best post-production workflow (pre-production through archive) to achieve the creative vision, including staffing/crew, post facilities and vendors, technical specifications, proper finishing requirements, and schedules.
Effectively manage and trouble shoot technical complications that may arise throughout the production/post-production process; ensure adherence to technical specifications while remaining on time and within budget.
Thoroughly review post-production budgets for Production Executives for veracity and completeness.
Distribute and maintain show specific Delivery Requirement documents which dictate deliverables for the duration of each project.
Supervise the creation of music and effects mixes for our foreign language department and DCPs used for premieres, events, festivals, and awards.
Grow and maintain relationships with key post-production talent and vendors.

Qualifications and Experience...

5 - 8 years post-production experience.
Must be able to consult on issues regarding camera selection, file naming protocols, editorial systems, workflow, final delivery and archive. Knowledge of codec and editorial workflows and camera recording systems a plus.
Must be able to communicate in technical terms with vendors and post-production staff, including but not limited to post supervisors, mixers, editors, and producers, while also being able to explain technical information in more layman terms.
Experience or knowledge of color correcting, working in a color managed workflow and UHD/HDR/ATMOS deliverables.
Must understand how to present themselves in a calm, friendly, professional manner and be able to handle stressful and delicate situations.
Must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and cope with ever-changing post-production schedules, workflows, and delivery deadlines.
Familiarity with Scenechronize, *** SIlo, AirTable, Smartsheet and PIX is beneficial.
