• Researched and booked compelling and inspiring contributors for 13 episode food/cooking series • Wrote segment pitches, show descriptions, and loglines for submission to the network • Co-wrote intro scripts for field shoots and episode V/O • Coordinated trade-outs for kitchen equipment with multiple vendors (i.e. KitchenAid & Zwilling J.A Henckels) • Styled food beauties and dressed the set for each field shoot, procuring props and other design elements • Interviewed and hired culinary interns for back kitchen • Hired and coordinated Location Scout and researched locations for kitchen shoots • Wrote and coordinated all deliverable documents for GAC production bible

• Field produced segment challenges. Duties included camera location selection, maintenance of story continuity for assigned contestants, performed interviews for both segment challenges and OTF’s. • Charged with coordinating all FCC and network compliance for the duration of the project

• Conducted outreach to find compelling contestants and contributors for 6 episode competition reality program • Pre-selected applicants and interviewed potential contestants for submission to the History Channel • Booked locations and historical/collectible props for challenge rounds incl. Oak Alley Plantation just outside New Orleans

• Selected and procured design elements at Radio City Music Hall, as well as dressed sets for party scene. • Assisted with OTF’s of former Rockettes and patrons on opening night of Christmas Spectacular • Selected contributing interviewees and handled all releases

• Researched and booked talent, designers, and vendors • On location Media Manager and Field AP • Coordinated travel and lodging for production staff and crew within budget • Obtained shooting permits for California shoots through Film, LA Inc. • Responsible for researching and obtaining clearances for all supplemental media

• Liaison between Al Roker, show producers, press, charitable organizations, and general public • Supported all bookings, pitching, casting and assist in talent handling at all special events • Updated and maintained celebrity and business contacts • Provided administrative support for talent in all aspects including: scheduling, calls, correspondence, travel, contracts, data-entry, presentations, research, and expense reports.
