Hiring crew, managing schedules, working with the Camera team and Director team to make sure that the schedule ran on time. Making and sending out the Call Sheets, doing PR's, breaking crews for meal and engaging with the audience members to call "action" when shooting began. Being in charge of directing the audience and talent to get reaction shots / pick-ups.

Ran the logistics of the shoot. Scouted houses, filmed and edited videos of potential houses for the cast. Cleared all permits. Hired the crew. Locked in all camera/ audio/ tech gear at fair and reasonable prices. Vetted out and hired all local PA's. Locked down locations for cast activities. Locked down vehicle transportation for the entire shoot. Dealt with the local fire department to strategize what we could and could not do legally in order to enhance the product. Successfully restored the house we shot in to its original form, if not better. Managed payroll. Managed a staff of close to 40 individuals. Used the network budget to strategically plan where and when we could spend money to increase the shows value without hurting the Production or the network.
