-Assistant to Host Andy Cohen - Coordinate Charity shoots for host - Booking Andy Cohen's travel - Ordering meals and handing them off - Assist on-set with any needs. Be the main line of communication between talent and producers/production management - Work with the Talent Producers on scheduling - Coordinating with Production and communicating needs to talent - Provide all needs in green room (snacks, water, tissues, makeup, etc) and make sure they are replenished as necessary - Manage petty cash, keep and log all receipts from purchases related to talent, and send expense report to PM

-Supervise talent PA and liaise with Senior Talent Producers for talent needs (green room prep/asks, what they are promoting). -Coordinate and Supervise Car Services, Flights and Hotels for talent participating on WWHL (can be done by talent PA under your supervision) -Receive all invoices/billing from various vendors (car service, travel agent, flights) and reconcile those expenses. AMEX purchases (you will be issued your own) to be reconciled monthly. -Ensuring Talent is “walking” to set on time and when asked -When “extra records” are asked of talent, ensuring the area in the studio is prepped and ready -Send links to talent and/or their reps when asked (can be obtained from PM) -- Assisting in booking travel (flights, hotels, car service) - Ordering meals and handing them off - Assist on-set with any needs.
