Working primarily in midtown managed and communicated with location owners, NYPD and DOT to assure that directors, producers and crew were able to access all necessary areas for shooting, in a prompt and timely fashion.

Served as a liaison between clients and building staff to ensure flourishing events while construction was still taking place. Including, supervising vendors for adherence to building codes and national security requirements. Hiring support staff, A/V set up, operations and assistant camera work for Silverstein’s corporate meetings and event coverage.

Overseeing all productions from start to finish. Booking crews,talent and locations. Rental Equipment. National and International Coordinating. Draft/Review all Budgets. Ensure productions deliver promptly and with in budget. Create Treatments against client’s creative concepts in accord to finalized Budget. Scheduling from Production to Post. Supporting projects Director.

After being hired as an Associate Producer with field duties, promoted and credited as a Field Producer by Episode 4, conducting the series’ sit down interviews. With 100 shoot days, booked and supervised crew and equipment, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key talent. Assisted in operating camera and handled administrative duties such as field reports, beat sheets, call sheets, and releases, etc.

After 4 months as an intern and PA, was promoted to Associate Producer for Nat Geo’s Doomsday Preppers, Sharp Entertainments most profitable show of 2012 and the highest-rated Tuesday night telecast on Nat Geo with 4.3 million viewers. Pointed show production from pilot and for the entirety of Season 1. Including nationwide casting, selective field production, storyboard development, directing sound mixes and administrative duties such as releases, beat sheets, one sheets, annotated scripts and supervising all Standards & Practices.
