Whether it be writing, directing or even editing, she has an eye for trends people will be indulging down the line, while being able to utilize what's popular now and acknowledge the trends of the past, she has a creative "prescient vision" if you will. Getting to know Nic has truly been one of the highlights of my time at The Music Center and I am so proud of the work we have done together. I can type with all honesty that I can't wait for the day to come when we can work on another project together.

Her excellent Director/Field Producer skills are only made better by her deep knowledge of the post process (she is also a very talented editor herself) and her own love of camera operating. Our DP (Pat Capone DP of Succession) loved working with her and together they came up with extraordinary and stunning looking shots. I cannot recommend this well rounded, delightful Director/Producer enough. She brings so much skill and joy to every project and will elevate any project to the highest of standard. Plus the the cast, crew and talent all love her and her infectious energy!

ies talent that were to appear on Instagram to promote a sponsor's product and generate show engagement. Nick wowed everyone with her initial pitch--she brought her A-game and exceeded all our expectations with her storyboards and thoughtfully laid out segment creative. The Discovery team was thrilled! She then traveled to location and directed, shot and produced the pieces. The talent loved her. The content turned out colorful, fun and beyond what we had hoped for. Her creativity knows no bounds. What initially felt like an extra chore for the team on the series wound up being something we all felt excited about and proud to show. But that's Nick. She can take something humdrum and turn it into something special. She brings a unique vision and perspective to everything she touches and never phones a job in. She brings creativity to every aspect of her work ... the shots, the creative, the b-roll. She can edit, produce and direct with the best. You can trust her to be client-facing, to handle talent, and manage crew. She's a dream to work with and joy to have on any staff both in the field and in post. I'll continue to try and bring her on to productions for years to come.
