Drive Art Truck to and from location, unload and load, move unwanted items and dress the set, greek all unwanted brands, set up rentals, pick-ups, and returns. Work with the Art Director to assign tasks to art crew members, on-set dresser during shooting, replace all items after wrap and return items and trucks, expense reports.

Relay messages to production camp, lock up driveways in the mountains, work with local police to ensure traffic safety, help any and all departments with unloading and loading trucks, transport crew and clients to and from location.

Setup obstacle course, set dress signage and Branding materials, setup fire rings and pyro-technics to get approved by stunt coordinator, instruct extras, reset props, drive Art Truck, load and unload materials, manage PAs.

Load and unload art department trucks and organize them in the studio. Be an on-set set Dresser. Install light fixtures, blend fake alcoholic drinks, dress the set, work with food artist and VIP talent per directors instruction. Break down set after and return rented props and create expense report for receipts.

Unload and load trucks, transport and pick up props and staging. Assemble stage and "crash testing" site, test equipment and staging, take care of any unwanted branding, create "danger zone" tape squares, set dress for a "company party" reset after takes.

Drive Director, 1st AD, and Producers to and from set, get all supplies requested by Diretcor and his immediate crew, restock production vehicle, pick up lunch and organize crafty supplies for crew.

Clean up isles for shooting, unload and load trucks, run cards to DIT, assist camera department, assist lighting, greek all products that shouldn't be in the commercial. Do receipts and render expense reports.

Load and unload trucks, organize art department props and set dressing, hike in and out of shooting location, set up pop up tents, restock crafty and supply crew with water, keep a watchful eye for out of place set pieces and clean up of snow after wrap.

Set up barricades, deliver waters, unload and load all trucks, organize new PAs and assign them tasks, work with the Key PA to make sure all items and tasks are executed, test obstacles, organize volunteer talent for night shoots.
