I helped develop the story for this hourlong episode of AMERICAN EXPERIENCE, based on groundbreaking research I conducted into Orson Welles's 1938 "War of the Worlds" broadcast for my senior thesis at the University of Michigan. My feature-length screenplay, written in the University of Michigan's most advanced screenwriting class, was one of two chosen to be made as a thirty-minute short in 2013. As an office intern for the producers of GLADIATOR and THE GREAT GATSBY, I read and covered screenplay and book submissions, gave notes on scripts in development, and researched story ideas.

I worked closely with the props master and others on-set to ensure the historical accuracy of everything seen on screen in this period film set during the Vietnam War.
