I knew when I was hiring that I needed someone who was rel ...MORE... iable, hard working, extremely knowledgeable (tech wise) and a team player. Aj naturally fit that role and proved to be an incredible asset on our team. He helped design our workflow for our ever changing (and challenging) production schedule, mentored newer Assistant Editors on best practices and became my right hand through the course of production. He is calm, professional and always came to work with a great attitude. Aj is someone I would absolutely hire again on any future shows or work that I have as he is nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with.
