Summary
I have been a lead AE/Editor since 1999 for multiple productions. I am fully acquainted with offline and online AE work. I am also an excellent grouper whilst I have seen others that claim to be one, but often fail to prove it. I am not trying to sound conceded, but that has been my experience working with multiple other assistant editors whose groups I've had to fix over the years. I can not remember a single group that I created coming back to me from senior editors for re-do.
